Roles We Frequently Scout For:
Review Appraiser / Quality Control (Remote Capable)
The Role: The final line of defense before a report leaves our firm.
Requirements: 10+ years of licensure. Deep knowledge of USPAP, IRS definitions of Fair Market Value, and litigation protocols.
Certified Residential Appraiser (DC/MD/VA)
The Role: Field valuation for complex residential assets.
Requirements: Competency in high-value, historic, and non-conforming properties. Must have a "narrative" writing style, not just "form-filling."
Certified General Appraiser
The Role: Commercial valuation for office, retail, and special-use assets.
Requirements: Experience with Argus or advanced Excel modeling is preferred. Background in tax assessment or litigation support is a plus.
